1. Base Fabric

Pick a base fabric of your choice.
Standard BeBop fabric is non-woven polyester/nylon blend.

2. Ionic Bonding

Fabric is then coated in nanoparticles using an ionic bonding process.

3. Conductive Fibers

Once the fabric has undergone the ionic bonding process, it is now conductive at the fiber level.

4. Screen Print

Printed circuitry can be done on PET, TPU, or directly onto fabric. Low cost, proven technology.

5. Finished Fabric Solution

Fully integrate electronics and solution is ready to ship.
